Rater review
This review represents the view of the app rater and is not an endorsement by MIND.
My last Cigarette Timer provides a day tracker, and users can track the reduction of negative health effects caused by smoking. The app emphasizes the role of friends and family in sticking to goals, providing encouraging messages, and suggesting activities such as taking a walk or meditating to help the user avoid smoking.

Description from the app store — not vetted by MIND
The app shows you all the values of an ordinary smoking cessation app. Money saved, time since last cigarette, toxins not ingested, health status, etc.
What makes it different from other apps is that it helps you when you want to go back to cigarettes. It suggests you alternatives to smoking when there is a certain situation. It can be a withdrawal symptom, or a habit.
The app is optimized for the Apple Watch and you can also display all data as complications (from watchOS 7) on your watch face. So you always stay up to date.
You can test the app for 2 days free of charge.
Good luck with your goal to become a non-smoker.
