Rater review
This review represents the view of the app rater and is not an endorsement by MIND.
Relay is an app aimed at providing a chat based support system to users struggling with drug or alcohol addiction, or food addiction such as binge eating disorder. The app places users into teams based on the problem they are struggling with and gives points for reaching out or chatting with the group. The app also has daily surveys that asks questions about mood, motivation to change and strategies that have worked in the past. Users set a daily goal for their mental health such as "call a friend three times a week" and they receive points for completing this goal. Additionally the app tracks engagement streaks. The app also has a "red flag" feature that allows users to indicate when they are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, depressed, lonely or triggered. The app then notifies other team members and encourages them to reach out to the user in crisis. However, the app does not indicate that the user should seek emergency help or indicate that the app is not a replacement for medical care. Also, the app does not screen messages sent in the chat and therefore, harmful messages could be sent without oversight. The app also allows progress to be shared with friends and the user can choose how much is shared.

Relay is the #1 program to quit lust and adult content addiction for good.
Regardless of how long you've dealt with this issue, Relay was designed to address the root causes of unwanted behavior so that you can find sobriety, heal inner wounds, and restore deeper intimacy and connection in your relationships.
WHO IT'S FOR
Relay is the #1 app for anyone seeking recovery from lust or addiction to adult content.
We offer private groups for both men and women (separated by gender).
Our program is perfect for those who have tried other options but felt like something was missing. Relay gives you a clear, structured path to help you rewire your brain and actually solve the underlying problems that have kept you stuck — not just put a band-aid on it like internet blockers do (sorry, Covenant Eyes).
WHY RELAY IS UNIQUE
Developed together with licensed therapists who have 40+ years of combined addiction expertise, Relay's program provides interactive video lessons, a private accountability group, and variety of psychology-based tools to help you slow down the addictive cycle and replace it with a healthy system for renewal and fulfilled living.
We start by helping you craft a personalized plan for your unique situation, which we'll review with you in a 15-minute phone call during Week 1.
The more you check-in and record your data, the better able Relay is to surface patterns and help you make intelligent adjustments to be more successful.
